Terms and Conditions – 88gj Pakistan Online Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 88gj ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By completing the registration process on 88gj and clicking the confirmation button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services provided by 88gj, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, crash games, fishing games, Ludo, slots and any other games or features available on the platform at any time. 2.1 Eligibility

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one active 88gj account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances held within them. Real-money balances earned from genuine deposits will be returned after a verification review, subject to the fraud checks described in Section 7.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 88gj will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. 2.4 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration and during your use of 88gj must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. 88gj may request documentary proof of identity, address or payment ownership at any time.

All financial transactions on 88gj are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88gj supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit on 88gj is Rs 200.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are processed instantly. Other methods may take up to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• 88gj does not charge a deposit fee. Your payment provider may apply standard transaction fees — please check with your provider.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 88gj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• 88gj reserves the right to decline a deposit or request supporting documentation if a transaction triggers our fraud detection systems.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the payment method selected, operating 24 hours a day.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to payment accounts registered in the same name as your 88gj account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• Before processing a first withdrawal, 88gj may request identity verification documents. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and not a reflection on your account status.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion. Deposit-derived winnings are not subject to withdrawal restrictions beyond standard verification.

3.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. After this period, 88gj may apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 500 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will receive a minimum of two email notifications before any inactivity fee is applied.

88gj offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all 88gj promotions unless stated otherwise.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus must be staked before it converts to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a second bonus before completing the requirements of the first will result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Syndicates, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting and any coordinated exploitation of promotional offers are prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.

4.2 Refer a Friend Programme

Abuse of the referral system — including self-referrals, referring fictitious individuals or using the same device or payment method across multiple referred accounts — will result in cancellation of all associated rewards and account review.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

• The minimum bet on 88gj sports markets is Rs 100.
• The minimum stake in casino and game rooms is Rs 50 per round (varies by specific game).
• Maximum stake limits are set per market and per account tier. These are displayed within each game or market at the point of placing your bet. 88gj reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits for individual accounts without prior notice.

5.2 Bet Settlement

• Sports bets are settled based on the official result as announced by the relevant governing body. For PSL, results are those confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board.
• In the event of a match cancellation or abandonment without a result, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are subject to real-time odds at the moment the bet is confirmed by the 88gj server — not at the moment the player clicks, to account for transmission delay.
• If a settlement error occurs, 88gj reserves the right to correct it and re-settle affected bets. Players will be notified in such instances.

5.3 Palpable Errors

88gj reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly the result of a human or technical error (a "palpable error") — for example, odds that are grossly inconsistent with fair market prices at the time of placement. We will make every effort to identify and correct such errors promptly and will not void bets retrospectively for minor pricing discrepancies.

5.4 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited on 88gj and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of relevant winnings:

• Arbitrage betting (backing all outcomes across multiple platforms to guarantee profit regardless of result)
• Use of automated betting bots, scripts or software
• Match fixing, manipulation or any form of corrupt activity in connection with events offered on 88gj
• Collusion in multiplayer game rooms (coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics)
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage

5.5 Game Disconnection

If your connection to 88gj is interrupted during an active game round, your bet remains active until the round completes on the server. For crash games, we strongly recommend using the auto cash-out feature to protect your stake in the event of a disconnection. For live casino games, 88gj records the state of all active hands and rounds — if a dispute arises from a disconnection, the server log is the definitive record.

6.1 Player Tools

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Engagement in any prohibited betting practice listed in Section 5.4
• Abuse of promotions, bonuses or the Refer a Friend programme
• Chargebacks raised against 88gj through a payment provider without first attempting resolution through 88gj support
• Threatening, abusive or harassing behaviour directed at 88gj staff or other players
• Court order or legal requirement directing account restriction

7.2 Notice & Appeal

Where account action is taken for reasons other than fraud or serious misconduct, 88gj will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Players who believe an account action was taken in error may contact support@88gj.biz with their account details and grounds for appeal. 88gj will respond to all appeals within 5 business days.

7.3 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons not related to fraud or Terms breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned. No interest is payable on returned balances.
